By accessing or using BrytaAfrica ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of service

BrytaAfrica is a mobile and web application that provides African stories, language-learning content, and educational materials. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

User accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

User conduct

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts, interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the service, upload harmful code, or copy or redistribute our content without consent.

Subscriptions and billing

BrytaAfrica offers auto-renewable subscriptions for premium access ("BrytaAfrica Pro"). Plans are monthly ($4.99/month) and annual ($49.99/year). Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings. No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a subscription term, except as required by applicable law.

Intellectual property

All content on BrytaAfrica - stories, images, audio, and other materials - is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Third-party links

Our service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrytaAfrica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect when changes were made. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
