BrytaAfrica is a mobile and web application that provides African stories, language learning content, and educational materials. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

BrytaAfrica offers auto-renewable subscriptions for premium access ("BrytaAfrica Pro").

• Plans: Monthly ($4.99/month) and Annual ($49.99/year)
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on iOS, or Google Play Store > Subscriptions on Android)
• No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of a subscription term, except as required by applicable law

6. Intellectual Property

All content on BrytaAfrica, including stories, images, audio, and other materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

7. Third-Party Links

Our service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrytaAfrica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
